How We Got Our Start
Sustainable flags you can be proud to fly
I was organizing a pride themed photo shoot and needed to buy some pride flags. I wanted to find some flags that were locally made or made from sustainable materials
After doing some research I could only find inexpensive synthetic flags with questionable origins or really expensive custom flags (turns out fabric is expensive). I love thrifting and remember hearing the quote:
“We have enough clothing on the planet right this minute to dress the next six generations of humans“
Now this quote may or may not be factual but the sentiment is true, we have so much material in this world!
So I started learning to sew with the goal of being able to make pride flags from reused materials!
